Gotham Episode 9 Review: “Harvey Dent”

Last night’s episode introduced none other than Harvey Dent and revealed a few plot twists that will surely play out in future episodes. But as Matt Fowler from IGN states in his review last night’s episode was a bit sloppy and many fans might agree with him while others, like yours truly, loved every moment of it.
